#TeamCoachingBySoomre

56:T5c7,

The team you have is better than you think.

Strengths-Based Development for Individuals, Leaders and Teams.

Rethinking Strengths. Reframing Weaknesses. Revealing the Hidden Gear.

Seeing Individuals. Strengthening Leaders. Developing Teams.

Personality tests tell you who people are. I read what teams do.

Behaviour, observed by the colleagues you work with - not a self-report label.

Mats Soomre, Belbin Accredited Team Coach. 28 years, 20,000+ people trained, four working languages. Same data every consultant can access.

Different interpretation.

Every article carries photography I shot myself.

The Newsroom is practitioner writing on leadership, teams, trust and behaviour - and every piece runs original images from my own camera (#MomentsBySoomre). The coaching and the photographs come from the same eye.

What you'll find

Belbin Team Roles assessment - the behavioural alternative to personality tests
Team coaching, leadership development, workshops and keynotes
A deep Newsroom of practitioner articles you'll actually finish

Built in Framer. Content-led, fast, and fully structured underneath (schema + AEO). Based on Anker template.

Internal self-awareness is understanding your own motivations, energy sources, stress responses, and preferred ways of contributing. External self-awareness is recognising how others experience your behaviour — where their view matches yours and where it does not.

Three doctors of science in a hotel room. Then the ceiling lamp burned out. What follows is true enough to be worth telling.

The mathematician warmed his drink between both palms and asked, nodding toward the table: "Did you know that if you put a lightbulb in your mouth with the base facing out, you cannot get it back out again?"

The two physicists objected. Urban legend. Physically impossible. Mass, volume, geometry - it must come back out. One of them picked up the bulb to prove it. It did not come back out.

What happened over the next few hours involved a taxi driver, a policeman, and a surgeon who had clearly seen things.

I wrote it down because teams do exactly this every day.

Sober. With worse outcomes.

The ending is the best part. I am not going to tell it here.

Read the full story in my Newsroom - if it made you laugh, make your friends laugh too:

I've been thinking ... probably too much ... so I wrote a article ... if you work as a team. And yes, I do use my own photos for cover images.

Just added my site to the Gallery - Soomre, a behaviour-first team-coaching practice. It used to be my photography portfolio (scroll to right to see photos); this spring I rebuilt it in Framer as a content-led practice site. Every Newsroom article runs my own photography, and there's a full schema and AEO layer underneath the design. Would love the community's take on the content-first approach.
