Calling Card is a one-page Framer template built around a two-sided digital card.

The card sits in the browser like a real object. It tilts on desktop, flips on click or tap, and adapts to a dedicated mobile layout. The page is intentionally small. No navigation. No footer. No extra sections trying to turn it into a full personal site.

The template is split into two parts.

The card shell controls the physical behavior: size, radius, material, texture, lighting, shadow, tilt, flip style, card media, and scene background. You can use color, image, or video behind the card, then add grain, dot texture, or image texture to the card surface.

The card faces stay native to Framer. Front and back for desktop. Front and back for mobile. Edit them directly on the canvas like normal frames. Add a name, role, links, email, booking URL, social links, music, or a voice note. Links behave like normal Framer links. No wiring required.

This kind of interaction is typically tacky, so I kept it quiet. By default, it sits as a normal image with a small "Scramble" pill in the corner. Click it, and the image becomes a puzzle. Solve it, and the reveal appears. You can also set it to start as a puzzle from the beginning.

The preview page includes test controls, which can be switched off for live use. The component itself is responsive and configurable: image fit, tile density, reveal content, motion, and styling, and more.

MeshGallery is an interactive image-gallery section where typography becomes the navigation surface.

Instead of thumbnails, arrows, or a standard carousel, the section turns a single word into a responsive field. As the cursor moves across the letters, the type reacts — characters near your cursor fade away to reveal the images behind them, while the background blends between image states in the same spatial radius. It feels less like clicking through slides and more like moving through a living visual index.

It works for selected work, campaigns, client studies, archives, moodboards, or portfolio sections. Change the word, drop in a set of images, and the component becomes a different visual system. A studio could use it for project previews. A designer could use it as a portfolio entry point. A brand could use it as a campaign surface.

As you move between images, you move between projects — so the project metadata updates live in the corner, briefly scrambling mid-transition and locking clean once an image comes into focus. A small live coordinate readout reinforces the feeling of a real, reactive instrument.

I used Framer Agent throughout the build to go from concept to working prototype: exploring interaction directions, generating and refining the component structure, stress-testing the layout, tuning the behavior, and evolving it from a simple hover effect into a smoother image-blending system with live metadata. The final piece combines custom code, variable typography, cursor-based proximity logic, layered image blending, and Framer’s visual canvas into one reusable interactive section.

The goal was a gallery that doesn’t look or behave like a gallery at first glance, but still works as one. A section title becomes an interface. A word becomes a lens. The images respond as if they’re hidden inside the typography.

It started as a quick 2-hour thing and turned into an 8-hour thing. The animations were trickier than I expected to get smooth.

The blades are not image slices moving around. They are rotating masks over the media, so the image has to feel stable while the mask moves around it. Then the expanded state has to pick up from that exact same crop without snaps or flashes.

Trying to make the blades actual image slices is super messy. Masks are cleaner, but the geometry gets weird. Even with AI.

Might price it later, but will be free to community for several days. Ill try to publish it tomorrow.

It would be wild if the feed became a broader creative community that just happens to be made up of Framer creators.

But the marketplace being fused with the community changes the incentives. A creator’s feed is not only social. It is also part of their storefront.

Most buyers probably are not active community members. They are browsing from the outside, scanning profiles, posts, work, tone, and trust. Guest users can still see the feed, visit profiles, and read posts.

So the feed naturally becomes a conversion surface, whether anyone says that out loud or not. It's not inherently bad or good, but definitely interesting.
