I’ve almost finished my fourth Framer template, and so far, it’s been my most complex project yet. Last night I dream about connecting multiple CMS collections together just to build even more and more advanced filters )

Anyway, it’s been a very useful experience. Soon available on the marketplace.

I looked through a lot of variants hover mask effects component by different creators and decided to make my own using @Framer Workshop. I initially wanted a watercolor effect, but it ended up being way too heavy. Still, I really like the final result

I’m continuing to work on my 4th Framer template, taking a step back and looking for the best composition for the hero.

Slowly building my portfolio website.

Keep experimenting with Figma Motion. To make this one little number counter, I had to type every value from 0 to 32 and animate them appearing and disappearing one by one. Only afterwards did I realize I could have given this task to an agent or built a plugin for it. It’s so much easier to do all of this in Framer.

I was surprised to learn that businesses often buy portfolio templates to create websites for small companies, small shops, and consulting agencies.

I just received the first commission from my third template since the Framer 3.0 launch.

Now I’m thinking about how to shape my strategy and where to focus next.I’m planning to test different promotion channels for my templates over the next few weeks.The main challenge is that all three templates are made for different target audiences, and those audiences tend to spend time in different places. I’ll start with more universal platforms like Pinterest, Threads, and X, while also working on my own website and improving its SEO and AEO.

I also hope @Framer marketplace big search and categories will return soon. At the moment, finding something specific, such as a "furniture shop" template, very complicated. I’m looking forward to the UX improvements the Framer team has mentioned, as they should make discovering templates much easier for both creators and customers.

I tried creating animations in Figma, but any of them can be easily recreated in Framer. The difference is that in Framer, you end up with a fully functional website rather than just a concept.

Some details of Graft, my Framer Website Template for for furniture studios, interior brands, woodworking workshops, and small design-led makers. Built to showcase custom furniture, materials, craftsmanship, and studio atmosphere through a calm editorial visual system.

I’m reading Framer’s template license. As I understand it, according to these clauses (point 7), if someone takes your free template, makes a few changes to it (manually or using AI for example), and publishes it on the Marketplace as their own, whether paid or free, that would be a violation of the license.

Testing AI in Framer and (of course), I ran out of credits . How it was made: I bought a snowflake on Shutterstock, created three more water states in Krea, made the water transformation video there too, assembled everything in Framer

, and built a dynamic scroll-based thermostat on the left (framer ai). When the credits ran out, I tweaked the script a little myself. I think it’s probably too small for the hackathon, so I’ll just leave it here. AI opens up huge possibilities for bringing ideas to life, but the core part is still idea about what to make.
