Naburen

Naburen is a Dutch foundation where people with dementia spend a day doing meaningful volunteer work in their own neighborhood.

The website had to speak to very different visitors: participants, relatives, case managers, volunteers, new locations and donors. I designed and built it in Framer around one message, "Samen blijven genieten": warm, clear and focused on what people can still do. Locations and activities are easy to find, and the team can manage the content themselves.
