WRENCH.AI — SEO and Content Automation for a B2B AI Platform
Wrench.ai is a US B2B platform using patent-pending AI for marketing personalization, segmentation and account-based sales — data enrichment across 110+ integrations, AI personas, lead scoring and campaign agents.
I joined an existing product team specifically to improve search visibility. What started as an SEO engagement grew into rebuilding how the company publishes.
What I worked on:
Technical SEO audit and fixes — semantic structure, metadata, heading hierarchy, indexation and internal linking across a large multi-page marketing site
Content architecture — mapping product, use-case and resource pages to actual search intent instead of internal product naming
Blog restructure — the audit showed the blog was the weakest surface in the funnel: strong domain, underused for organic acquisition
Notion-powered publishing pipeline — the team wanted to keep writing where they already work, so we automated the path from a Notion database to live posts, removing developer involvement from every publish
Editorial workflow — fields, statuses and templates in Notion mapped to the site's content model, so metadata, slugs and SEO fields are set at writing time rather than patched afterwards
Why the Notion route mattered: the bottleneck wasn't content quality, it was friction. Every post needed engineering time, so publishing stalled. Moving the source of truth into Notion let marketing ship on their own cadence, which is what makes an SEO strategy actually compound.
