About Costa Palmas
Costa Palmas is 1,500 acres on Baja's East Cape: a Four Seasons, an Amanvari, a marina, golf, private clubs, and homes listed from about $3M to $55M. The homepage asks what still moves you once you've seen the world, which tells you who it's for. ERA-co, the global place consultancy, designed the site with the Costa Palmas team and handed us a Figma prototype with developer notes. We built it in Framer and had it in front of them three weeks later, along with a FigJam board of our open questions for their review. Under the film and photography is what the sales team works from: listings that filter by resort, type, beds and baths, and an illustrated masterplan naming 16 places. The inquiry form has buyers tick what they came for, from Amanvari to "I'm a broker," so each lead arrives labeled.
