About ElasticHotel
Pricing hotel rooms with better data
ElasticHotel is an Italian company that helps hotels decide what to charge for their rooms. Its main platform, ROS, brings forecasting, competitor rates, distribution and strategy into one place, and their own revenue experts can work alongside the hotel’s team on the same tools. Independent hotels, chains and hotel groups all use it.
More products than a single page usually holds
Around ROS, ElasticHotel was building GateKeeper, which spots differences between a hotel’s direct prices and the ones on booking sites, an AI Board of specialised agents and Kondo, a layer that cleans up hotel data before anything else touches it. Some were live, some were still on a waitlist. The site had to explain all of them to revenue managers without turning into a product catalogue.
One page, clear chapters
I designed and built the site in Framer as a single long page with anchor navigation, so each product has its own chapter and visitors can jump straight to the one they care about. Revenue managers already spend their days looking at rate tables, so the visuals show the product at work instead of adding more of them.
The AI Board section includes a simulated chat that shows how the agents answer a real question about next month’s bookings. Products still in development have waitlist forms, and every chapter leads to the demo booking page.
What they have now
A site that can hold a growing product line, where each new product gets a chapter instead of a rebuild.
