Nozawa Hospitality

Nozawa Hospitality runs fifteen restored properties in Nozawa Onsen, a ski and hot spring village in Nagano, Japan. The brand already worked, so the rebuild kept it and changed the structure underneath. The homepage now opens on a date and guest search, which helps it push accommodations instead of looking like just an informational site. Each property has its own gallery, floorplans, amenities and location, using the Framer CMS. The page structure came from twelve months of search data, and the Japanese site at /ja is written specifically for Japanese search. The hero and imagery switch between winter and green season is implemented with one dropdown, and the team edits everything in both languages directly on the CMS.
