About Thomas Builds

My own site, and where I sell from. It’s an offer page for Airbnb and short-term rental hosts: systems that read guest messages, answer the routine ones, and only pull the host in when something actually needs a person.

Pixel type on black, built as code components in TypeScript and React rather than assembled on the canvas. The hero carousel steps through the n8n workflows I’ve built, one screenshot of the real node graph per workflow, with the centre card lit green and its neighbours falling off the edges. The pricing section is a paper receipt with torn edges and a barcode, and ticking a line on it carries your choice into the contact form when it opens.

That form isn’t decoration either. It posts into an n8n workflow that logs the lead and sends the reply, so the page is the front end of something that is actually running. Open it from a specific workflow and the “which workflow” field arrives already filled in.

The second page, Nightwatch, is the product itself. A chat window where you pick a guest message, send it, and watch the system decide: answer it, send it to the cleaner or the maintenance contact, or hold it for the host. Underneath is a table putting that next to what a host’s existing tools would have done, which is send everything back to them.
