Ticked Off

Ticked Off is the leading fully managed retail facilities management service in Australia and New Zealand. Facilities management is complex, but the people buying it want simplicity, so the site is built around one idea: “request the job, we’ll take care of the rest”. I structured the services, support and sales journeys so retail teams can find what they need quickly. I also designed and built a custom multi-step form for registering new store locations (location, contacts, dates, services and warranties), which turns a manual, back-and-forth process into a guided flow that feeds directly into the operations team.
