Marby
Most real estate sites make a $5M listing look like a $500 rental. Marby does the opposite. It is a dark, editorial template that treats property the way a gallery treats art: space to breathe, restrained type, and motion that never shouts.
Built for discreet brokerages, independent agents, and property studios who would rather be felt than be loud.
What you get
Nine pages, fully designed and connected: a home that sets the tone, an about page with team and story, a filterable listings index, rich property detail pages, a CMS blog with article pages, a contact page with a working form, plus terms and a 404.
Two content systems do the heavy lifting. Properties drives every listing, with galleries for each room, price, beds and baths, area, location, and a built-in FAQ. Articles powers the blog. Category collections let visitors filter both. Add a row in the CMS and the page builds itself.
The details that matter
Image galleries with lightbox. FAQ accordions. Smooth scrolling and scroll-triggered motion that feels deliberate, not decorative. Three breakpoints, so it holds up from a 27-inch display to a phone in a buyer's hand.
It also arrives search-ready: unique titles and descriptions per page, a clean single-H1 structure, descriptive alt text, a sitemap, and JSON-LD structured data wired for both listings and articles. The work most templates leave for you is already done.
Make it yours
Everything is native Framer and editable on the canvas. Swap the listings, change the palette, connect your domain, publish. No code needed, though the custom-code touches are there if you want them.
Good to know
Fonts: Urbanist, Onest. Demo photography is for preview only and is not included with the license.
Designed and built by Apollo Studio.
