The interesting part wasn’t the visuals, it was the structure: one site serving three very different audiences (homebuyers, investors, and current owners tracking their construction). We organized the portfolio by lifecycle stage instead of location, because someone buying off-plan and someone ready to move in are asking completely different questions.
