Just released Residenza, a Framer template for estate agents, letting agents and property portals 🏡
It's built for agencies that want buyers to find a home fast and owners to book a valuation:
- Property search with Buy and Rent, filters and sorting
- Property pages with a photo gallery, floor plans, map, energy rating, mortgage calculator and viewing booking
- Saved homes, area guides and agent profiles
- Pages for sellers and landlords, with a four-step valuation form that gives an instant price range
- A journal with search, categories and related posts
- All CMS-driven, fully responsive, with subtle scroll animations
