One product template for all 85 pages, 15 custom code components, Framer Commerce over his existing Shopify so stock, discounts and checkout never moved. The one that cost us a day: Framer switches off automatic lazy loading for images inside smart components whose layout is driven by a variable. That is every CMS bound product card. Head code loses to the preload scanner, so the fix is a code override that runs at render. Collection LCP 3.48s to 2.12s.
