Can we talk about the marketplace buyer problem? I lost count of the number of times I have received forwarding emails from Polar support, because yet another Framer noob went and bought one of my explicitly non-refundable components, has no idea how to use it despite my providing instructions in the file, and then is mad at me, the seller, thinking I have somehow not provided what was claimed, and requesting a refund for a $20 component.
Then I have to go explain why it is always actually the 'buyer' who has no idea what they're doing, they inevitably realize their mistake, and move on. It is all so tiresome, and I do not know how to make it more clear.
