I am stuck in between: "make it not generic " & "dont make everything too much"

Working on a portfolio template with a really cool hero, playful micro-interactions on otherwise clean/minimal sections.

Hero is basically the highlight and the rest has just micro animations on hover and scroll animations.

Genuinely just want honest reactions does it feel balanced, or does something feel like too much / not enough personality? Screenshots below. Brutal feedback welcome, I'd rather hear it now than after launch.
