I'm having a responsive layout issue.

In the recording, you'll see that all sections adjust correctly when the viewport changes size, except for one non-blurred section. That section doesn't move responsively with the rest of the page and appears to stay in a fixed position.

I've compared its settings with the other sections but haven't been able to identify what's causing the difference.

Could anyone point me toward the likely cause or the settings I should inspect ?
