I measured an existing hotel site pixel by pixel and built a template from the numbers rather than the look.

Two that carried the result: the horizontal track runs 0.56 px sideways per pixel of scroll, not 1.65. And every text block across nine pages is checked against the real pixels over the photos — none below WCAG AA.
