Karaya Booking Inquiry Flow
The problem: villa owners stay locked into Airbnb because they don't trust that a direct inquiry actually arrives. Not a design problem but a trust problem. So I designed the trust, not just the form.
The flow:
→ Inquiry form (name, email, date, WhatsApp, free-text brief)
→ email delivery to the owner
→ redirect to a dedicated /thanks page
What's on the confirmation page and why:
· WhatsApp fallback an escape hatch for high-intent guests who won't wait.
· Two exit routes. Back to Home / Explore Experiences. A dead-end thank-you page wastes the highest-intent moment on the site.
