We designed a real-time OCR extraction flow. Users upload their documents and immediately see visual feedback showing the system scanning and extracting information. Users review what the system found and make corrections if needed.
The design goal was making an invisible technical process feel tangible through animation and progressive disclosure, so users could trust the automated extraction.
