Set two dates in the CMS and the site runs itself. Before, it counts down and sells tickets. During, the hero says what is on right now and the agenda marks live sessions and what is up next in thirty minutes. After, the same site becomes the recordings archive and starts collecting interest for next year.
Ticket tiers change state on their own dates. Early bird goes on sale, warns when it is ending, then ends.
