PlatformCon: built on Framer, pushed past its limits.
The world's largest platform engineering conference (50k+ practitioners, a full week of virtual programming, in-person Live Days in London and NYC) runs on a site I migrated and built end-to-end in Framer.
A few things that don't happen on a "normal" Framer site:
→ Custom code components for each Live Day landing page → Tickettailor integration for in-person ticketing → A bespoke Three.js component powering the interactive global attendee map → An Airtable → Framer CMS pipeline handling 200+ sessions, each tagged by format, track, location, and speaker → A fully filterable program page — search, session type, location — built entirely on CMS relationships
Proof that Framer scales way past marketing sites when you're willing to write the code it doesn't give you out of the box.
