Real-Time Career is back live on the Framer Marketplace 🎉

This is my first Framer Marketplace template project, and it is truly special to me.

Career pages are usually static, passive, and do not offer much interaction. People apply for a job, but the page does not create a live experience.

Real-Time Career changes this experience. It turns a normal career page into a more live, interactive, and realistic application experience with a real-time application counter, masked latest applicant activity, duplicate submission protection, and deadline status.

The application counter also shows demand with colors: dark black at 10+ applications, then green, orange at 50+ applications, and red at 100+ applications.

Small improvements for v2 are also on the way.
