Migrating Alex Villas from a broken hard-coded site to a scalable Framer system

Alex Villas Group, a real estate development company, had been struggling with their website for over two years. Built on a custom hard-coded stack, the site was riddled with bugs, outdated information, and security vulnerabilities. Every change required outside help, draining budgets on agencies and freelancers with little to show for it.

Deliverables

Client: Alex Villas Group (Real Estate Developer)

Year: 2025/2026

Timeline: 1.5 months + ongoing maintenance

Scope: Full migration, Re-design, CMS architecture

From a 2-year headache to a site that sells

As a primarily offline business, collecting and organizing all property data into a coherent digital structure was a challenge in itself. Two years and multiple agencies later, they still didn't have a website they could rely on.

Another Vision stepped in with a clear plan: migrate everything to Framer with a design lift, and build a CMS that actually reflects their business.

Migrated and restructured all existing content into Framer
Helped the team collect and organize property information properly for the first time
Built a flexible CMS for developments and units, designed so marketing (and even Alex himself) can update anything independently
Secured the site by moving away from the vulnerable custom build
Delivered a polished, investor-ready digital presence

Testimonial

"Working with Taras completely changed how we approach our website.

After two years of struggling with agencies and freelancers, he came in with a clear plan and delivered in just six weeks. The site is now our key tool when talking to investors. His attention to detail and responsiveness made the entire process effortless."

Alex Shtefan,

Founder of Alex Villas Group
