Wanted to flag an experience in case others have run into similar.
My latest component Conditional CTA V2 was taken down from the Marketplace on July 5th. No reason given. I emailed support that same day and got a reply within 4 minutes — but it was a generic message saying my request was already being handled in an existing conversation and asking me not to open new ones. No confirmation of what the actual issue was, no technical details, nothing about why it was taken down.
It's now been 3 days since that reply. I followed up again and still haven't gotten anything concrete on what needs to be fixed.
I get that reviews take time. But I can't fix what I don't know is broken, and every day it stays down is lost visibility on something I built and sell. Curious if others have gone through a similar takedown and how long it took to actually get the technical breakdown.
