Some time ago, I created a Hero Concept inspired by Ayrton Senna. The initial idea was simple: when hovering over Senna's face, his iconic helmet would be revealed through an interactive transition. This effect became widely known in the design community as the "Lando Norris Effect" after it gained popularity on the Formula 1 driver's website.
What started as a simple visual experiment quickly evolved into something much bigger. My goal was to capture Ayrton Senna's essence, legacy, and impact, transforming the original Hero into a complete digital experience.
The entire project was built in Framer, leveraging animations, interactions, and immersive storytelling to create a more engaging experience for visitors.
Recently, with the release of the latest Framer updates and the introduction of the AI Agent, I decided to revisit the project and refresh several sections to explore the platform's new capabilities. It was a great opportunity to experiment with how AI can enhance creative workflows while maintaining strong design direction and attention to detail.
The result is an experience that combines storytelling, motion design, interactivity, and technology to celebrate one of the greatest icons in motorsport history.
