Image Effects Lite

Image Effects Lite is a free taste of Image Effects: one component, three real-time WebGL effects for any photo. Drop it on the canvas, pick an image and an effect, and tune it from the properties panel. No code.

Effects:

- Sparkles (trail): the cursor leaves a trail of glittering sparks.

- Raindrop Rings (click): rings spread across the photo where you click.

- Duotone (style): the photo turns into two colours of your choice under the cursor.

Controls:

- Your own colours for Sparkles and Duotone.

- Size, Strength and Speed.

- Trail length, Smoothing and On stop (the trail shrinks into the cursor or fades where it is).

- Trigger: on hover and click, Auto (plays by itself, great for heroes and phones) or both, with a loop delay.

- Corner radius.

Good to know:

- Real WebGL, light and fast: it only draws while something moves and pauses when the image is off screen.

- The canvas shows a still frame of the effect; it moves in Preview and on your site.

- Visitors who turn on "reduce motion", or browsers without WebGL, see the plain photo.
