About Scribble Dot Loader
Scribble Dot Loader is a looping loader animation with a hand-drawn feel. A dot writes a thick cursive scribble, the ink swells until it floods the whole screen, and the next scribble is drawn in the opposite colours. It loops forever with no visible restart.
Features
The stroke behaves like a real marker. It's fat where the hand slows in the dips and thin over the peaks, so it reads as handwriting rather than a graphic.
Two sparks pop into the scribble and fly outward as the ink floods the frame.
Pick from five colour scenes (Default, Reference, Graphite, Sulphur and Tide), or switch on Custom Colors and set your own two colours and dot colour.
Choose Generated to create a brand-new scribble. Change the seed, number of humps, height, stroke width and flood easing to get a different shape every time.
Add an optional word, cut out of the ink so it's revealed as the flood spreads. It uses any font from Framer's font picker.
Adjust speed, corner radius and the subtle halftone texture.
Built with Canvas 2D (the browser's built-in drawing API) for smooth performance. It pauses when scrolled out of view or when the tab is hidden, and shows a still frame for visitors who prefer reduced motion.
How to use
Paste the component onto your Framer canvas and size it to fill your section or screen. Choose a scene or your own colours in the properties panel, and you're done.
