WriteAlt – AI Alt Text & SEO

WriteAlt scans supported Framer canvas images and editable CMS image fields for missing alt text. Generate descriptions in 138 languages for one image or a selected batch, then save each result to its original image placement. Existing alt text stays unchanged unless you choose to replace it. Before generation, you select the images and explicitly approve sending their public image URLs to WriteAlt. WriteAlt fetches each image and uses an AI provider to generate its description. No other Framer project or CMS content, and no free-text prompt, is sent. A WriteAlt account, API key, and credits are required. Bulk generation processes images one at a time while the Framer editor and plugin remain open. The plugin does not generate in the background, compress images, or scan rich-text images, galleries, or code-component image props. Review alt text before publishing your site.
