Refund policy

• Because templates are delivered instantly as digital goods, purchases are generally final.

• Refunds are considered within 14 days if the template is materially broken or does not match its description and the issue can’t be resolved through support.

• Refunds aren’t offered for change of mind, incompatibility with an unpaid plan, or extensive modifications made after purchase.
