Arbour

Arbour is a website template for an independent estate agency, set in London and the English countryside. It reads like an editorial book rather than a property marketplace.

The home page opens on "Independent estate agency." Below it: Where we work, a rail of four neighbourhoods (Chelsea, Notting Hill, Hampstead and the Cotswolds), three featured residences, a four-step route from first brief to keys, and the latest journal notes.

Pages: Properties, with filters for status, area, budget and bedrooms; six property pages; Neighbourhoods, with a short profile of each area that links to a featured residence; a Journal with eight notes; About; and Contact, with an enquiry form. A custom 404 page is included.

The content runs on four CMS collections: Properties, Journal, Neighbourhoods and Agents. Colours are Paper, Ink, Parchment and Racing green; type is Fraunces and Inter. Desktop, tablet and phone layouts are set.

The agency name, prices, figures, awards, people and contact details are demo content.
