About Ashlar — Houses
Ashlar is a quiet website for a boutique real-estate office that sells a few houses by introduction. Photographs lead, one lapis blue marks the key words and the main button, and nothing shouts.
Three things move. Five material close-ups stand on a ground line in the hero: the open one widens and dissolves into the house's exterior. A terrace photograph turns as you drag it or use the bearing dial, with marks hung from the horizon. And the introduction letter writes itself as a visitor ticks the houses they want and picks a time.
Features
Five houses in one CMS collection: four photos, six facts, a text, a story and view marks each
A page per house: facts, a three-part story, its advisor, photos in a lightbox
Add a house by adding one item: its slab, register entry, terrace button, form checkbox and page follow
Add an office by adding one item: its card lists the houses it holds
A register: an index of houses beside one house sheet in three views
A three-step method with a timeline, and four advisor cards with live local times and portraits (initials if empty)
A native form: houses, a time, name, email, message; personal fields stay out of the URL
Three small code components (terrace, clock, lightbox): the rest is native Framer
Desktop, tablet and phone layouts, 404 and privacy pages
Every colour and font is a shared style
Framer Skills
Five ready-made instructions for Framer's AI agent, plus a page showing every colour, font and block they use:
/design-system: add pages and sections that match/rebrand: your office, colours, fonts and text/content: add a house or an office, edit the copy/effects: terrace drift, the statement's words, the letter/before-publish: check every page at three widths
Try: /content Add a sixth house, Villa Marea, with its photos and marks."
