About Bevelwork
Bevelwork is a Framer template for a design agency or independent studio, built on one number most studios never publish: what a fixed fee paid per hour once the unbilled revision rounds, the scoping done before the job existed, and the wait for payment are all counted.
The work index carries a Realised $/hr column next to every project, and the same rate calculator runs on the home page and again on its own Rates page. On the numbers it ships with, $150 quoted per hour becomes $102.53 realised on 174 hours actually spent: a 31.6 percent gap, plus $159.78 for the cost of waiting to be paid.
The calculator prices revision rounds as a step, not a slope. On the shipped defaults the floor sits at $95 an hour, the job drops under it at round five, so four rounds are affordable and a fifth is not.
Dark, near black, with one high chroma violet accent used on figures and the primary button, a monospace variable display face set over a plain humanist sans body, and tabular figures throughout. Two CMS collections, six projects and five journal posts, sit alongside pages for rates, services, the studio and contact.
Built for an agency or studio that would rather argue about scope in public than surprise a client with an invoice later. The studio, its six projects and its four staff members are fictional.
