Flatpack

Flatpack is a free website template for exhibition stand and trade show booth builders: the exhibit builders and design & build studios that design, build, store and rebuild trade-show stands, pop-ups and brand environments. It runs on the Basic plan: 2 CMS collections and 22 pages.

The site is a stand's assembly manual

On the home page a 3D stand, drawn in code, builds itself as you scroll through six numbered steps: floor, walls, structure, graphics and light, AV and furniture, handover. Part labels name each piece as it lands, then the model fades into a photo of the finished stand. The stand's size, open sides, header name and colours are editable properties.

• A show calendar in the CMS ("where we're building next"), with hall and stand numbers.

• Four service pages (custom stands, modular systems, pop-ups and retail, brand environments), a six-stage process page, the workshop, reuse and materials figures, a 16-week planning guide, FAQ, studio, careers and privacy.

• A proposal form that captures the show, dates, venue, stand size, open sides, budget band and deadline, plus a contact form.

• A footprint picker that reshapes the stand and carries the choice into the brief button.
