Focusfolio

Focusfolio is a free portfolio template for photographers. It is built around how a camera lens focuses, so the site feels like looking through a viewfinder.

Each project sits on a focus-distance scale at the distance it was shot. Pick one, or drag the scale, and the picture pulls into focus with real background blur and a red outline on the sharp edges, just like a mirrorless camera. Further down, a pinned archive moves the focus from the closest photo to the farthest as you scroll, and a lighting demo lets you drag a light around a still life.

It comes with 12 pages: Home, Work, Project, Prints, Print, Journal, Journal entry, About, Contact, Privacy, Terms and 404. Four CMS collections are filled in: 8 projects with lens and exposure details, 14 archive photos that feed the home page effects, 6 prints with a checkout link field for selling editions, and 6 journal posts.

The contact page has a booking form with shoot type, budget and date. Pages change with a soft blur transition, and every page has tablet and phone layouts and SEO settings. The photographer and clients are fictional.
