Halfpitch

Halfpitch is a Framer template for renovators, builders, roofers, landscapers, cleaners and other home-service firms that win work on trust. The site reads like a builder's paper trail: quote sheets, drawing marks and a schedule pinned to the wall.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

• Pinned job timeline: the playhead moves week by week as you scroll, bars fill and the step title changes.

• Price estimator: three taps (project, size, finish). Rates, finishes, currency and timeline are editable in the properties panel.

• Service-area map: drawn in SVG, with a road to each neighbourhood, a van on every road and a sketch per area. No map API key.

• Hero price hotspots: pins on the photo that show what each part of the job costs.

• Before/after sliders on every project: drag, tap or use arrow keys.

• A quote sheet that signs and stamps itself as it scrolls into view.

6 connected CMS collections: Services, Projects, Reviews, Team, Areas and Journal. Add an item and its card, detail page and links appear. Journal topic chips filter the articles. Tick "Featured" on a review for the large spotlight quote.

BUILT TO CUSTOMISE

Colours, text styles and fonts are Framer styles: change the clay accent once and the site follows. 15 code components with property controls (no external libraries) and 13 design components with variants. Fonts: Archivo, Instrument Sans, DM Mono and Caveat.

RESPONSIVE AND ACCESSIBLE

Tested from 320 to 1920 px, no overflow. One h1 per page, real landmarks, a "Skip to content" link, visible focus rings and text contrast checked against WCAG AA. Motion switches off for "reduce motion".
