About Hearth & Co
Hearth & Co is a website template for independent estate and letting agents. It's light, calm and built around what buyers, tenants and sellers come for: the homes on the market, the fees and a quick way to book a valuation.
Properties run from the CMS. Each one has an address, area, price and price note, for sale or to let, a status (Available, Under offer, Sold STC or Let agreed), bedrooms, bathrooms, type, tenure, council tax, EPC, a main photo, a photo gallery, a description and key features. Every home gets its own page, and the status tag changes colour by itself. A Team collection holds photos, roles, extensions and emails.
The "Open now" badge reads your office hours in your time zone. It shows "Open now · until 5:30pm" or the next opening time, such as "Closed · opens tomorrow 9am", and updates every minute.
The Free valuation page has a request form (postcode, property type, bedrooms, selling or letting, timescale and contact details) with loading, success and error states.
Pages: Home, Properties, a property detail page, Selling (step timeline, fee and FAQ), Lettings (landlord fees table, tenant fees and compliance), About (team, area guide, office hours and map), Free valuation, Licenses and 404. Every page has its own search title and description, and all are laid out for desktop, tablet and phone.
Getting started:
Change the colours in Assets → Colors (all named Hearth/...) and the fonts in Assets → Text Styles.
Replace the homes and people in CMS → Properties and CMS → Team.
Set your office hours on the "Open now" badges and in the footer.
Open the form on /valuation and choose where requests go.
Put your own fees on /selling and /lettings, and your redress and client money protection details in the footer.
Swap the photos and the area guide for your own, and put your address in the map on /about.
