The whole thing runs on a Projects collection. Drop in a new project and it surfaces on the Home page and the Projects grid without touching a single layout. Each project page follows the same title-and-visual structure, ready for real case-study content.

Project detail template — a clean single-project layout ready for images and a short narrative per project.
