Larchmont

Larchmont is for residential design-and-build studios that would rather show four good projects than twenty average ones. Bone, ink and terracotta, a heavy serif and full-bleed interiors give the page a calm, expensive feel without shouting about it.

The home page includes an introduction, selected work pulled from a CMS, a three-stage approach, studio details, a contact form and a custom 404. Add a project once in Framer and it appears in the grid; the layout does not need rebuilding.

The demo copy, people and project images are placeholders for your own work. It is responsive on desktop, tablet and phone, with a phone menu, keyboard-friendly focus states and reduced-motion support. No code required.

Free to remix. Replace the projects and it becomes yours.
