Marea

Marea is a Framer template for real estate agencies, where every home is launched like a short film.

What makes it different

Each home comes with a film, a gallery and a numbers sheet: transfer tax, legal fees, mortgage, property tax and upkeep, added up to one monthly figure. A live mortgage calculator reads the home's price, so the estimate always matches the sheet.

Buyers search by area, type, status and budget. The filters work on the page and save to the URL, so a link like /homes?type=Villa opens already filtered.

Motion

Headings rise in line by line, sections settle in on scroll, reviews drift in two rows, and scrolling is smoothed. Every effect is slow and quiet.

Who it's for

Independent agencies, local agents and developers selling a small number of homes with care. The structure also suits holiday rentals and new build launches.
