Marren & Co. is a real estate template for Framer, designed for boutique brokerages and distinctive coastal homes. Large property photography, Playfair Display headlines, and a restrained ink and paper palette create an editorial setting for your listings.

Give visitors two ways to explore your catalog. The main listings layout starts with a property grid; the alternate layout pairs cards with a map on desktop. Both offer Grid, Map, and Split views, with filters for price, status, community, minimum bedrooms, and minimum interior area, plus text search and sorting.

Properties live in Framer CMS. Reusable cards bring together images, prices, and key facts, while individual property pages offer galleries, features, and location information. Community tiles connect visitors directly to filtered listings.

For homeowners, a six-step valuation form collects property details, condition, timing, and contact information before a final review. Button groups make choices easy to scan, with multiple selections for upgrades and features. Contact and footer enquiry forms complete the site.
