Noonday

Noonday is a website template for solar PV installers, battery and EV-charger fitters, and the agencies that build sites for them. The whole site runs through one day of sun over a roof. Home starts with a dawn sky and a sun that sits at its real position for the installer's town. It shows today's sunrise and sunset and what a 6 kWp roof is producing right now. After sunset it switches to a line about batteries carrying the houses until morning.

As visitors scroll, the page moves from dawn through noon, afternoon and dusk to night. A sticky day-scale ruler on the left tracks it with its own sun, and its ink turns light beside the night sections. Every page is an hour of that day: What we fit at 09:00, Field reports at 15:40, Roof check at 19:00.

Each completed install is a CMS field report with a nameplate modelled on the rating label on the back of a panel: kWp, panel count, battery, yearly yield, payback and CO₂ saved. Field reports can be filtered by Home, Farm and Business. A no-code savings estimator turns a monthly bill into system size, panels, yearly savings and payback, and you edit the figures to match your local prices.

To rebrand, swap the Accent colour and the sky Color Styles. Every text and colour runs through styles, and the layout is fully responsive at 1200, 810 and 390.
