About Rentroll
A website for a residential real estate fund, built around the rent roll.
Most fund sites open on a skyline and "Invest now". Rentroll opens on a live countdown to the next payout and rents coming in.
Why most real estate fund sites don't convert
The money is abstract. Follow the Rent traces €100 of rent from the tenant to the investor, cost by cost.
The portfolio is a stock photo. Every building has a CMS page with a facade: point at a window to see its rent.
Performance hides in a PDF. One page shows the share price, every payout, every fee, the risks and the documents.
Nobody knows how to start. The Fund page lays out four steps to the first payout.
Try it in the preview
Scroll "Every rent, every month." on the home page: the rent roll runs from day 1 to payday, city by city. Then open a building and point at its windows.
