Rubrel

Rubrel is a website template for contract review, legal operations and compliance software sold to in-house legal teams.

The home page opens on a contract laid out as a real document: bond paper, serif clauses and a yellow legal-pad strip down the margin. A scan runs down the page and marks the clauses that differ from the buyer's playbook, each with a margin note explaining the risk. The first flagged clause opens as a tracked change, struck through in red and underlined. Click Accept and the clause rewrites itself.

The rest of the site keeps the contract language: results as struck-through and underlined figures, review steps as numbered clauses, pricing as a fee schedule, and a footer that closes like the last page of an agreement.
