Site Book

Site Book is a free Framer template for a housebuilder or developer that buys land, wins planning and builds the homes.

The home page opens on the pipeline: every scheme numbered, with its stage, from planning to on site to sold. One scheme gets a full feature, and there's a section on how the homes are built.

Schemes live in the CMS, each with its own page, its photographs and its numbers. A "Sell us your land" page tells landowners what you look for and how to get in touch.

Also included: team, news and contact sections. Desktop, tablet and phone layouts, a real phone menu, a setup guide page and a branded 404.
