Slipway

Slipway is a waitlist page today and a full SaaS site on launch day. Twelve pages, one settings component, and one switch that turns every waitlist form into a sign-up button.

Built for the pre-launch. A countdown to a fixed launch date, a seat ruler with one tick per seat, a live list size, scarcity lines and sign-up toasts. Set the date, batch and seats once in Slipway Launch and every section follows.

Motion tied to the scroll. The hero runs a product week from Monday to Friday as you scroll. Nine scenes pin and play with the scroll: before and after, a bento tour, a sideways product tour, a manifesto set line by line, a referral ladder. Nothing plays on a timer, and visitors with reduced motion get every scene finished.

Every page built. Home, Product, Pricing (calculator, plan comparison, founding perks), Launch log, About, Contact, Help (searchable manual), Legal hub with privacy and terms, a thank-you page with a printed launch pass and invite link, and a 404.

A real waitlist. Paste one endpoint (Formspree, Basin, Loops, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Make, Zapier or your own API) and every form posts to it. When your tool returns a place in line and a referral link, they appear on the thank-you pass.

Launch day in one click. Set Stage to Launched: forms, buttons and headlines switch to sign-up. Auto switches at the launch date.

Easy to make yours. Two looks (Paper and Hull), your fonts, currency and locale. Every text, list, link and image sits in the right panel. Header, footer and settings live in one layout. A section library at /sections and a START HERE page walk you through setup.

Setup. Add your form endpoints, launch date and real numbers. Replace the demo content: company names, quotes, team, toasts and legal texts. The legal texts are examples, not legal advice.
