Varme

Varme is a warm, quiet website for spas, bathhouses, saunas and wellness studios. Sun on a plaster wall, a stone bath, soft serif type and a slow rhythm between warm light and clean paper give your bathhouse online the feel of the place itself: calm, unhurried and warm.

Visitors watch the light move across the wall, see the rooms and how warm they are, check when the next pouring is, pick a treatment and hold their place in a few taps.

What's inside

• Home page with a first screen where the sun comes through a window and the shadow of a tree moves slowly on the wall (the cursor stirs the leaves), the bathhouse, five rooms with their temperature and time, a full-width photo, the pouring times of the day, treatments from the CMS, memberships, the visit and a booking form

• Opening hours that read the visitor's own clock, and the day's pourings on one line with the next one highlighted

• Treatments page and a page for every treatment, fed by the CMS: photo, price, length, a short introduction and the full description

• 404 page

• Booking form with a submit button that shows sending, success and error states

• Full-screen phone menu, and a navigation that turns light or dark with the section beneath it

• Desktop, tablet and phone layouts

• Text and color styles, so you can restyle the whole site quickly

• Reusable components: navigation, button, submit button, and code components for the window light, the opening hours and the day line, all set up from the right panel

Good to know

• Fonts: Gilda Display and Albert Sans, free and available in Framer's font picker

• The light pauses off screen, draws fewer pixels on slow devices and stays still for visitors who turn off animations

• Sample images from Unsplash are for preview only: replace them with your own photos

• Connect the booking form to your inbox in Framer's form settings
