Cancelling your subscription

If you’d like to cancel your subscription, please log in to the Account Dashboard and go to the Billing tab.

Click on Cancel subscription to start the cancellation process.

To confirm cancellation, press the Cancel subscription button.

Can’t cancel from the Account Dashboard?

If your billing page does not contain the option to cancel your subscription automatically, you may have purchased Framer through our old payment provider, FastSpring.

If that’s the case, please contact us with your subscription details so we can cancel your subscription manually.

Important: Please be sure to cancel your subscription before the renewal date of your current plan.
