Framer is a subscription service with monthly and yearly plans. If you would like to cancel your plan, please check out this article to learn more about cancelling your subscription.

Important: Please be sure to cancel your subscription before the end date of your current plan.

Refund Terms

Yearly Subscriptions

If you’re on a yearly plan and you forget to cancel your subscription before the renewal date, please reach out to our payment provider help@paddle.com within seven days after the renewal date to discuss a refund.

Monthly Subscriptions

There are no refunds on monthly plans. If you’re on a monthly plan, you must cancel before the monthly renewal date.
