I wanted to create a portfolio template that feels clean, modern, and distraction-free, so your work stays the main focus.
While exploring other portfolio templates, I noticed that many were designed around a male avatar. It made me think, "Why not make it work for everyone?" So Logan includes both male and female avatars in the same visual style, making it easy to personalize without changing the overall design.

For a CRE business, property listings are one of the most important conversion tools. It's where potential buyers and tenants explore available spaces before making an inquiry.
That's why I made property listings a core part of Landmark.
It includes a dedicated listing page with powerful filters to help users quickly find the right property:

A better browsing experience leads to better-qualified inquiries and a higher chance of selling or leasing your properties.

When I started designing Logan, I wanted to create more than just another portfolio template. ✨
While exploring different portfolio templates, I noticed that many of them were designed around a single avatar or style. If someone wanted to switch from a male to a female version (or vice versa), it often meant replacing images and adjusting the design to make everything look consistent.
I wanted to solve that. 💡
So I designed Logan with matching male and female avatars that share the same visual style. This makes it easy to switch between them without changing the overall look and feel of the website.
I also kept the design minimal and modern. My goal was to remove distractions and let the work speak for itself. A portfolio should highlight your work—not the design around it.
Everything is simple, easy to customize, and focused on helping you launch a professional portfolio without spending hours making changes. 🚀

Finally... I made money through a commission 🎉
I've already made template sales before, but this is my first commission project from a buyer.
What makes this special is that the buyer chose one of my templates as the starting point and trusted me to customize it for their business. To me, that's a sign that the template is not only visually appealing but also flexible, easy to edit, and ready to be used for real-world projects.
As a template creator, it's great to see my work being used beyond marketplace sales and helping businesses launch their websites faster.
